2. Pricing & Payment
・Please refer to the price shown on each service page or booking page. Prices include tax.
・Transportation costs and internet connection fees are borne by the customer. Any additional fees will be displayed or explained in advance.
・Payment can be made by credit card or other methods shown on the booking page. International plans require advance payment.
・For advance payment, payment is completed at the time of booking. For on-site payment, please pay on the day of your visit.
3. Service & Reservations
・Services are provided at our location on the date and time of your reservation.
・As services are by reservation only, available slots are limited. Please choose from the available times shown on the booking page.
・Please complete payment or the booking procedure within the period specified on the booking page. If not completed in time, the reservation may not be confirmed."
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
・Please check the cancellation and change terms shown on the booking site at the time of booking. No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or late arrivals that prevent service provision may not be refundable.
・Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available after the service has been provided. If we cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to our store, we will offer rescheduling or a refund.
5. Terms of Use
Guests with rice bran allergies, those advised by a doctor to avoid bathing, or those under the influence of alcohol may not use the service. If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor in advance.
