Your First Rice Bran Enzyme Bath

If you have never tried a rice bran enzyme bath before, you may have a few questions.

What should you bring?
How long do you stay in the rice bran?
Is there a shower?
Can you get ready afterwards?

At KOH Hakko Retreat, each guest enjoys a private room with a shower, relaxation area and amenities, making the experience easy even for first-time visitors.

Here are some of the most common questions we receive.

Your First KOH Experience Lasts 120 Minutes

Our first-time experience lasts 120 minutes.

However, you do not spend the full 120 minutes inside the rice bran.

The rice bran bath itself lasts approximately 15 minutes.

Afterwards, you can shower inside your private room and spend time cooling down and relaxing in your own private relaxation area.

KOH has only two private rooms, allowing you to enjoy the experience at your own pace.

First Time? We’ll Guide You Through the Experience

A rice bran enzyme bath is different from a sauna or a conventional hot bath, so it is completely normal to have questions before your first visit.

At KOH, our staff will explain the flow of your session when you arrive, so you can enjoy the experience without needing to know everything in advance.
