KOH is not responsible for changes in physical condition due to the customer’s health or constitution, loss or theft of valuables, natural disasters, transportation delays, or similar circumstances, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by KOH. We may decline service if we determine that it is difficult to provide the service safely, including cases where you are feeling unwell, have a fever, have consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Please refrain from disturbing other customers or staff, damaging or soiling facilities, or engaging in any illegal or inappropriate conduct.

7. Product Sales and Referral Services

KOH may offer product sales or referral services.
Contracts, delivery, returns, and other matters related to such products are subject to the terms of each provider.
